• Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: Non-refundable.

  • No-shows: Non-refundable.

• Events cancelled by Splatter Art Creations (e.g., weather, facility issues) will be refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

• Gift cards and deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable.
