By booking or participating in a session with Splatter Art Creations, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Attendance

• Sessions can be booked online, by phone, or through our social media pages.

• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

• All participants must sign a waiver before beginning their session.

 

2. Health & Safety

• Non-toxic acrylic paints are used and are safe for adults and children.

• Protective gear is provided, but paint may stain — please wear clothing you don’t mind getting messy.

• Children must be supervised by an adult and should be 4 years or older.

 

3. Liability Waiver
Participation is voluntary. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that Splatter Art Creations is not liable for injury, paint stains, allergic reactions, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during or after a session.

 

4. Studio Conduct
We strive to maintain a fun, inclusive, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests acting inappropriately or compromising safety.

 

5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your artwork. Splatter Art Creations may request permission to photograph or share your experience for promotional purposes.

 

6. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada
